Klarity Anne, Biodynamic Crainosacral Healing Therapist
Lindsay Gonzalez is a nurturing mother and devoted facilitator who believes that true healing begins within. Guided by her conviction that we each hold the power to transform ourselves, Lindsay sees healing as an invitation to release the past and open new possibilities for ourselves and for humankind. She embraces life as a journey of growth and discovery, and her heart-centered approach inspires others to connect deeply with their own potential for vitality and joy.
Lindsay’s work as an internationally celebrated yoga teacher and breathwork guide is rooted in a genuine love for connection, transformation, and community. She is dedicated to creating spaces where people can safely explore, heal, and reconnect with their innate wisdom. She believes that yoga is not just about movement but about alignment—with one’s values, body, and higher purpose. Her grounded teaching style reflects this belief, supporting students to explore their own unique path, with curiosity and compassion.
As a facilitator, Lindsay is guided by a commitment to holistic wellness and the natural rhythms of life. Her work in breathwork and women’s health reflects her belief in the sacred journey of womanhood and motherhood, and she honors this path as a birth doula, prenatal yoga teacher, and HypnoBirthing educator. Lindsay views these roles as extensions of her purpose to empower women, providing them with tools to experience the depth of their own strength and resilience.
Lindsay co-owns Balancé Surf and Yoga Retreat in El Tunco, El Salvador, where she creates a sanctuary of healing and wellness. In this tranquil space, she blends yoga, Ayurvedic-inspired nourishment, and a supportive community, inviting others to discover harmony and renewal. Lindsay’s life is a testament to her belief in the transformative power of love, presence, and the boundless potential within each of us.
Klarity is a heart-centered guide, passionate about sharing her gifts and bringing healing and connection to her community and the world. As the founder of Clear Heart Sanctuary, she weaves together dance medicine, biodynamic healing, and her own hand-crafted, natural remedies to support well-being. With humility and authenticity, Klarity offers gentle, heart-opening experiences that help others awaken to their own truth and remember who they are at the core.
Her journey began way back in 2008 with a deep immersion in yoga, where she taught for over ten years before moving into the subtle art of biodynamic craniosacral medicine, healing arts and other forms of "essence work." Now, Klarity is excited to expand her work through a new program in Dance as Medicine Teacher Training with Milena May, designed to offer profound somatic experiences through dance!
With a special passion for crafting playlists that guide people on soulful, playful journeys, Klarity creates a space where movement, connection, and inner exploration come together in joyful harmony.

Movement is a vital part of life - we are made to move! But often aches and pains restrict our ability and desire to move. I know this first hand.
As a kid, I was an avid skateboarder and snowboarder. I regularly suffered bumps and bruises plus a few more serious injuries as an adult (including ACL reconstruction, bunion surgeries, and cancer). I coped with the pain and worked through rehabilitation, at times feeling frustrated, but recognizing that those challenges presented opportunities for growth and positive change.
My current challenge is living with moderate to severe hip dysplasia. Knowing that surgery is not always the answer, and that movement is crucial, I rely on the skills I’ve learned to help keep my joints healthy and mobile, allowing me to still stay super active. Snowboarding, mountain biking, paddle boarding, Pilates, Yoga - I can happily engage in all the activities I love! You can too.
We all have our movement stories, and each one is different. I find joy in helping people re-write those stories. My 20 years of Pilates and Yoga experience, two comprehensive training certifications, and numerous other movement based certifications, have helped me develop the tools to help you succeed in finding your new story. I’m always excited to be there for the journey!
